China's textile and apparel exports are measured in US dollars: In September, textile and apparel exports stopped falling for four consecutive months and resumed growth; exports in the month increased by 2.66% year-on-year and 18.81% compared with the same period in 2019, of which textile exports increased by 27.08% compared with the same period in 2019 , clothing exports increased by 13.34% over the same period in 2019.

From January to September 2021, China's textile and apparel exports totaled US$227.594 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5.61% and a 12.7% increase from 2019. Among them, textile exports increased by 17.97% compared with 2019, and clothing exports increased by 8.53% compared with 2019.

In addition, China's textile and apparel exports are measured in RMB: From January to September 2021, the cumulative export of textiles and apparel was 1,473.89 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.63% over the same period last year and an increase of 6.65% over the same period in 2019. Among them, textile exports increased over the same period in 2019. 11.81%, and clothing exports increased by 2.58% over the same period in 2019.
